Are you a lighting manufacturer?

No. JEES Global is a sourcing and quality partner working with lighting factories in Zhongshan and Guzhen and electrical-component factories in Wenzhou and Shanghai. We route each project to the maker whose driver quality, LED brand and certifications match the brief.

How do you control colour temperature and lumen output?

We approve a physical sample with stated CCT (2700K / 3000K / 4000K), CRI (>80 or >90), lumen output and beam angle, then check bulk production against the master. LM-79 and LM-80 reports are issued where required.

Which LED chips and drivers do you supply?

Bridgelux, Lumileds, Osram, Cree and Samsung LED chips depending on tier. Drivers from Tridonic, Philips, Mean Well and quality Chinese brands with surge protection for project use. Driver brand is locked in the PO, not left to the factory.

Which certifications can the products carry?

CE, RoHS, EMC, LM-79, LM-80, ENEC, SAA, UL, ETL, SASO, EAC and IK / IP ratings. Tell us the destination market and required ratings and we shortlist factories that already certify to it.

Can you supply complete switch and socket ranges?

Yes. Single, double, USB and data sockets with matching switches and dimmers across one design family — UK, EU, US, AU and South African pin patterns — in white, brushed steel, black and brass finishes.

Can you supply distribution boards and MCBs?

Yes. Plastic and metal-clad consumer units, single- and three-phase distribution boards, MCBs, RCBOs, RCCBs, surge protection and isolators — IEC 60898 and IEC 61009 rated.

How is quality checked before shipment?

Functional test per fitting, lumen and CCT spot-check, driver brand verification, ageing test on a sample batch, IP rating check on outdoor fittings, packaging and accessory completeness. Photo and video reports are issued before container loading.

How is the equipment packed for export?

Lighting fittings in inner-outer cartons with foam, decorative pendants in custom plywood crates for fragile pieces, switches and sockets in retail-ready boxes, distribution boards on pallets. Project orders ship with a deployment list per room or zone.

What information do you need to quote?

Lighting schedule with quantity, CCT, lumen, beam angle and IP rating per fitting, switch and socket schedule, distribution board schedule, destination market voltage and target lead time. A reflected ceiling plan is enough to start.
