No. JEES Global is a sourcing and quality partner working with case-goods, upholstery and metal-frame factories around Foshan, Shenzhen and Dongguan. We route each project to the workshop whose construction quality and lead time match the brief.

Can you make custom furniture to FF&E drawings?

Yes. We work from FF&E specs, shop drawings and reference images. Sample pieces are built and approved before bulk production starts, and the approved sample is held at the factory as the QC reference.

Which materials and constructions do you supply?

Solid wood frames, kiln-dried hardwood, multi-layer plywood, MDF with veneer or melamine, E0/E1 formaldehyde grades, high-density foam, pocket and serpentine springs, powder-coated and stainless steel bases, and FR fabric or leather coverings.

Which standards and tests can the products meet?

BIFMA durability tests for office and contract furniture, BS 5852 for FR foam, NFPA 260 for upholstery, CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI for boards, and CATAS for European hospitality. Tell us the destination market and we shortlist factories that already test to it.

How do you control finish and colour consistency?

We approve a physical finish sample for wood, lacquer and fabric. Bulk production is checked against the master under controlled lighting and signed off before packing. Touch-up kits ship with each project where required.

Can you handle room-set packing for hotels?

Yes. Furniture can be packed per room number — bed, headboard, desk, chair, wardrobe and decorative items together — so the operations team unpacks one set per room instead of sorting bulk pallets.

How is quality checked before shipment?

Inspection covers frame construction, joint strength, drawer and door alignment, finish defects, foam density, upholstery seam strength, base stability and packaging. Photo and video reports are issued before container loading.

How is furniture packed for export?

Wrapped in foam, EPE and corner protection, then cartons or wooden crates depending on item value. Loose items in inner-outer cartons. KD (knock-down) packing is available where appropriate to save container space.

What information do you need to quote?

FF&E sheet or piece list, room schedule, reference images or shop drawings, fabric and finish references, target lead time and destination port. Photos of a sample room are enough to start.
