Which protocols and ecosystems do you support?

Zigbee 3.0, KNX, Matter, Tuya, Z-Wave (where certified), and proprietary RF systems for hotel guest-room management. We confirm protocol per device class and size the gateway and network for the project, not for a single room demo.

Can you supply hotel guest-room management systems?

Yes. Door card readers, room status indicators, do-not-disturb / make-up-room logic, master switches, drape and blind control, HVAC interface and BMS integration — sized for standard rooms, suites and back-of-house.

Which certifications can the products carry?

Do you handle commissioning and firmware?

We do not run installation on site, but we coordinate firmware versions, scene programming templates and gateway configuration files with the factory before shipment. Local integrators receive a commissioning pack with device list, MAC addresses and default credentials.

Can you white-label or brand the devices?

Yes for selected ranges — switches, panels and locks — with MOQ depending on the factory. Logo plates, app branding and packaging branding are available where the factory supports OEM.

How is quality checked before shipment?

Functional testing per device, protocol pairing test against a sample gateway, label and serial check, packaging inspection and accessory completeness. Photo and video reports are issued before container loading.

How is smart-home equipment packed for export?

Devices in inner-outer cartons by SKU, panels in foam-lined cartons, locks with full hardware kits in retail-ready packaging. Project orders ship with a deployment list per room number.
