Can you make to a specific hotel brand standard?

Yes. We work from brand FF&E specs and room mock-ups, match fabrics by reference code and approve a full sample room set — bed dressing, drapes and panels — before bulk production starts.

Are the fabrics fire-rated?

We source to BS 5867 Part 2 Type B, NFPA 701 and EN 13773 Class 1 depending on destination. Inherently flame-retardant polyester is the default for contract use; coated FR is available where required. Test reports are issued per batch.

Can curtains be tailored to window sizes per room?

Yes. We work from a window schedule with width, drop, header type (pencil pleat, ripple fold, eyelet) and lining. Each curtain is labelled per room number and packed per room set.

What wall panel options do you supply?

Fluted MDF panels in oak, walnut and black, PU 3D panels in geometric and stone-look patterns, acoustic PET felt panels in 9 and 12 mm, fabric-wrapped headboard-style panels, and slat wood panels on acoustic backing.

How do you control colour and pattern consistency?

We approve a physical lab dip and a strike-off for printed fabrics. Bulk weaving runs are checked against the master under D65 lighting. For panels we approve a finish sample and hold it at the factory as the QC reference.

Can you handle bed dressing and room-set packaging?

Yes. Bed dressing, drapes, cushions and decorative panels can be packed as a single room set per room number, so the housekeeping or fit-out team unpacks one box per room instead of sorting bulk.

How is quality checked before shipment?

Inspection covers seam strength, hem finish, lining attachment, header tape, blackout coverage on linings, panel surface defects and acoustic-panel density. Photo and video reports are issued before container loading.

Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB, CIF and CFR from any major Chinese port. Curtains and bed linen ship in polybags inside cartons; panels in foam-lined cartons or plywood crates for fragile finishes.
